• The changes made are minor stylistic and aesthetic changes and the overall functionality of the app should not be affected

Changes

• Slightly increased size of logo and sign in button in header
• Removed help icon button from header
• Dynamically hide/display notifications icon and "Portfolio" tab in header until user signed in
• Moved "Megavault" page to "More" dropdown
• Added Dark Mode / Light Mode toggle in header desktop directly without needing the user to sign in
• Updated compliance banner to not be sticky as user scrolls
